This is the Follow Up Encounter from the Connection Point.
The Goal here is simple... Get to know them as a person. Build Relationship. Have genuine interest in them, their life, their interests and goals. The better you can know them the better your ability will be to invest into them in the future. The more genuine you are in their interest of them the more receptive they likely will be of your investment.
Examples of the Casual Hangout: Coffee at the local Coffee Shop, Lunch, Frisbee Golf, etc.
WARNING...
Do not be too quick to shove your beliefs on them!
If they don’t feel like you Belong in their life or they Belong in yours they are likely not ready to openly receive what you Believe.
This Mile Marker may need to be revisited a couple of times before they are open to receive your investment into their lives.
