301 ALIGNMENT TRAINING
If your Disciple has grown to the Spiritual Maturity level of Young Adult or Parent (see Discipleship Wheel) and you believe God has called them to serve the Church in a role of leadership you could submit their name as a candidate for 301 Alignment Training to the Pastors.
This Training would ensure that they are in alignment with the Vision, Mission, and Values of LIFE Church and equip them for Ministry Leadership.
Not all Disciples are called to Ministry Leadership. Becoming a Ministry Leader does not increase one’s value as a Disciple. This would be for those who God has called to Leadership in LIFE Church.
